Jeff joined the firm in 2000 and is the Managing Partner of Greene Reid & Pomeroy, PLLC. He is a graduate of Jamesville-Dewitt High School, St. Lawrence University (B.A. Economics) and Syracuse University College of Law.
Prior to joining Greene Reid & Pomeroy, Jeff practiced law in a firm in Cortland, New York and also served as the Assistant Corporation Counsel and City Prosecutor for the City of Cortland for many years. These experiences have made Jeff a formidable advocate with vast trial experience that he shares with other lawyers as a lecturer at continuing legal education programs.
Jeff is a volunteer coach for several youth programs including lacrosse, soccer and basketball. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, basketball, fitness training, reading and spending time with his wife Penny and their three children. While in high school, Jeff was elected to the Jamesville-Dewitt Hall-of-Fame for lacrosse.
