Justin is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law where he excelled in the study of trial practice and advocacy. Justin was recognized with several honors while in law school. He is the recipient of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Award which is given to the best trial advocate of the graduating class. Additionally, Justin was honored with the College of Law’s Robert W. Miller Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy and received the highest overall grades for course work in trial practice and advanced evidence. During his time at Syracuse University College of Law, Justin was a distinguished member of the National Trial Team, receiving awards for Best Overall Advocate and Best Overall Cross-Examination at competitions involving students from other national law schools, many of them Ivy League.
Justin’s practice focuses on all areas of litigation including premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, products liability, construction site accidents, medical and professional malpractice, contract disputes and labor employment litigation. He has obtained numerous favorable settlements and verdicts on behalf of our clients.
He is admitted to practice before all New York State Courts and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York. Justin is a member of the Onondaga County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys volunteering his time and talent with trial teams at Syracuse University College of Law, fitness training and traveling.
